Abstract
The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).Based on single factor experiments, the effects on oil yield of the conditions of extraction pressure, temperature and time were determined and optimized by RSM.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 37 MPa,extraction temperature 45℃,extraction time 65 min.Under such conditions, the oil yield was 19.65%.
