Abstract

Based on ecological footprint theory, the ecological footprint and the ecological carrying capacity of Guizhou agriculture in 1978-2008 were analyzed in this paper. The results indicated that the average ecological footprint of agriculture in Guizhou Province is 0.469 3hm2;Guizhou Province agricultural production and people's living standard has improved since the reform and opening up,the supply of Guizhou Province is heavily dependent on arable land, forest land;30 years of forest land in Guizhou Province are the ecological surplus, indicating that the implementation of Guizhou Province, beautiful mountains and rivers of forest ecological projects have achieved preliminary results;Guizhou agricultural growth has been in a state of eco-efficiency,use of agricultural resources in Guizhou Province in the year to improve efficiency.Based on the calculation results, this paper analyed the resource and ecological factors that influence the agricultural sustainability of Guizhou, and put forward some corresponding measures.
