A study made on the relationship between stock A index in Shanghai Stock Market and that in Shenzhen Stock Market,the relationship between Stock B index in Shanghai Stock Market and that in Shenzhen Stock Market,the relationship between Stock A index and Stock B index in Shanghai Stock Market,and the relationship between Stock A index in Shanghai Stock Market and Stock B index in Shenzhen Stock Market indicates that there exists a long term and balanced coordinating relationship among the indexes in the two stock markets.The study is of guiding significance to decentralized investment.
