Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dipyridamole stress 99m Tc MIBI myocardial SPECT for detecting coronary artery disease.Methods 99m Tc MIBI was injected one minute after administration of dipyridamole(0.14 mg·kg -1 ·min -1 ,4 min).Myocardial SPECT was performed at 1 hour after injection of 99m Tc MIBI.Results The sensitivity and specificity of dipyidamole stress 99m Tc MIBI myocardial SPECT for detecting coronary artery disease were 92.5% and 92.1%,respectively.The side effects were mild and temporary.Conclusion Dipyridamole stress 99m Tc MIBI myocardial SPECT is feasible for detecting coronary disease.
