Abstract

Penaeus japonicus was experimentally infected WSSV by injecting.Different tissues of shrimps were sampled in different hours after infection and detected WSSV by PCR in order to dynamically study the viral infection process in shrimp body. The results indicate that WSSV firstly infect gill or hemolymp, then intestine and heart, lastly muscle and limb, but not infect hepatopancreas.
