Current Status and Countermeasure of the Sports Tourism in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract
According to the investigation of current sports tourism in Heilongjiang province, some influence factors which restrict the tourism development in Heilongjiang province are found out. These factors is about the hardware lack of sports tourism, the slow development of sports clubs, the lopsided development of sports tourism areas and so on. It suggests some countermeasures how to bring the governmental and societal power into play to program and promote the sports tourism development in enhancing the basic sports tour hardware, increasing the sports tour content and feature and making use of the Harbin 2009 world university winter games.
