Abstract

This paper deals with training college students' creative ability in terms of such respects as creative teachers and creative environment.It believes that teachers' education concept,knowledge structure and teaching art are of importance to training college students' creative ability.The paper discusses the differences between the Chinese and American education in training students' creative ability and puts forward the characteristics to be followed in cultivating students' creative ability.
