Abstract
The Ferro-titanium alloy was prepared using the method of molten salt electrolysis in the NaCl-CaCl2 molten salt system at 700 ℃. The results show that the mixed molten salt system of NaCl and CaCl2 has a good conductivity at 700℃. The current decreases with the decrease of Fe contents during the electrolysisfromthebeginningto7 h.TheThree-phase crystal interface is similar among the cathode plates when the electrolysis is 7 h, and the current is about 0.3 A.
