Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) on isoniazid tablet determination. Methods Applied partial least squares(PLS)to construct a calibrate model.We used analysis of variance to select suitable wavelength range, used principal component analysis to group the sample as calibration set and validation set,used cross-validation to choose the optimum factors. Results Using the PLS model to determinate9 isoniazid tablet samples,compared the NIRS results with HPLC,the relative error is less than ±0.8%.It means that this method is accurate. Conlusion It is feasible to applied NIRS on isoniazid tablet rapid determination.There have a good prospect on process control in pharmaceutical industry and rapid quality detection.
