"Is There Civil Law in Chinese Legal Tradition" Under the Disciplinarity

Abstract

Is there civil law in Chinese legal tradition? This is a big confusion for Chinese civil law.Chinese civil law has its own logic under Chinese legal tradition in ancient times.Modern civil law identifies itself by denying civil law which belongs to Chinese legal tradition.This problem is a key to modern Chinese civil law.We should employ historical vision to aid scientific vision for law studying.Thus,we should promote modern Chinese civil law to be established in real essence.
