Abstract

Through collecting data in Shi Yang River Basin,the natural environment,economic situation and the status quo of water resource total quantity control in Shi Yang River Basin are analyzed in this paper.Also,the current situation of water resources development and utilization,utilization level,degree and existing problems in water resource management is studied.In the end,the measures for water resource control in Shi Yang River Basin are presented.
