Abstract
Objective:To acknowledge the dynamic changes of crowd immune level after carrying out hepatitis A vaccine and provide evidence for coveraging the high risk population and improve their immune level. Methods:The crowd's positive rate of anti HAVIgG was detected from 1998 to 2000.Results:The positiving rates of anti HAVIgG in three years were 74 24%?76 36% and 83 68%,respectively.While the epidemic intensity was different, the positive rate was different as well. The positive rate in Taidong area had obviously increased. Conclusion:Applications of hepatitis A may improve the immune level of total population.
