Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of arsenic trioxide(ATO)combined with all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)in treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL).Methods According to the order of admission,84 patients with APL were randomly divided into A,B,C,D of 4groups(n=21).A,B,C group is the observation group, and D was the control group.A group was given ATO treatment, group B was given ATRA therapy, and group C was given joint ATO double ATRA induction chemotherapy,D group was given normal chemotherapy. The complete remission rate was observed in each group(CR),CR time, and the recovery rate of coagulation abnormalities often adverse drug reactions, such as time and circumstances. Results A,B,C group of CR(respectively:100%,81.2%,100%)were higher than in group D(37.5%);reach CR time shorter than the C group A,group B;coagulation group C recovery time is shorter than A,group B,a statistically significant difference between groups(P0.05).Coagulation abnormality rate between groups was not statistically significant(P0.05)differences.Group C liver damage heaviest,A group, followed by group B again,D group lightest;gastrointestinal tract lesions in Group D and more severe, and affect the greatest number. Conclusion ATO combined with ATRA in treatment of APL,with CR rate, shorten the time advantage of CR,has important clinical value.
