Abstract
In this paper,the genotoxic effect of water pollution was assessed by detecting the peripheral blood erythrocyte micronucleus rate of the wild Carassius auratus catched from the Yangtze River,Jiangsu Section,and comparatively analysing with the micronucleus rate mutated by Cr(Ⅵ) in lab.The results showed that the genotoxicity caused by Cr(Ⅵ) was dose dependent,the genotoxic effect caused by the water of ChangShuo WYH and JiangYin BJC were the highest,which of HaiMeng JXS was bellow,and which from JiangPu,JiangNing,JingJiang and ZhengJiang were the lowest.
