Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy mini - incision joint replacement with the standard incision joint replacement surgery. Methods 85 patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into mini - incision group and the standard group,39 cases of minimally invasive, small incision total hip arthroplasty, incision length≤10cm;standard group of 46 patients, and standard incision total joint replacement surgery, the incision length 10 cm.Patients in the two groups of blood loss, mean operation time, after 2 - day average hematocrit,C - reactive protein and the lateral mid - thigh circumference increased value and Harris score after 4 weeks.Results①minimally invasive group, the mean blood loss was smaller than the standard group, the mean operative time was shorter than the standard group(P 0.05).②after 2 days in patients with minimally invasive group hematocrit,C - reactive protein and postoperative Harris scores were no significant differences(P 0.05),ipsilateral mid - thigh circumference increased significantly lower than the standard group(P 0.05 ).③two groups of patients and the acetabular prosthesis femoral prosthesis in good position,no significant difference between effect(P 0.05).Conclusion Small incision total joint replacement surgery a small amount of blood loss, less trauma to patients, treatment with the traditional no significant difference between the standard incision.
