Thinking on the Rural Labor Transfer Path under Modern Rural Industrialization Strategy

The principal path of labor transfer is rural industrialization. Through analyzing the current situation of and the rural industrialization and labor transfer in Yunnan province, the author come to a conclusion that Yunnan rural industrialization is still in the elementary stage,which leads to the constraints of rural labor transfer. Thus, the way to advance Yunnan rural industrialization and solve the outstanding problems of rural surplus labor transfer is to develop characterized economy, the interaction between city and country and to strive non-public economy.
