Abstract

Static stretching and dynamic stretching, which perform as guide of flexibility training, have different mechanisms on physiology,so the effects are different.By methods of literature review, experiments and mathematical statistics,we study the two different kinds of stretching. It concludes that they are both effective and static stretching can improve flexibility more obviously than dynamic stretching.
