Abstract
Purpose To analyze the manifestation of MRI in the cute knee-joint cartilage injury.Method Analyze 35 cases of knee-joint trauma history,and knee-joint MRI performance of patients with articular cartilage injury which confirmed By arthroscopy and operation,with emphasis on articular cartilage and subchondral lesion.Result 35 cases were found with 52 cartilage injury,among them,cartilage morphology was normal,17 was abnormal signal(5 cases),localized thinning of cartilage 6 (4 cases),cartilage depression 5(3 cases),cartilage rugged 7(4 cases),cartilage stenopeic interrupt 10(6cases),cartilage defect 11(9 cases),cartilage defect with intraarticular free cartilage body 6(4 cases).In the vicinity of cartilage injury,bone contusion,occult fracture,meniscus and ligament injury also were found by MRI.Conclusion MRI can accurately display the position,extent and type of the acute knee-joint articular cartilage injury,extent and type of acute cartilage injury,is the preferred noninvasive method.
