Abstract

To narrate the application and market status of steel structure part:the working of steel structure part welding is big,requirements are high; comparing with manual arc welding,CO2 gas shielded automatic welding can raise efficiency from 3 to 5 times,save welding material 58%,save electricity 43%,it has the characteristics of low welding cost,high efficiency,welding bead good profile,strong operation,and it is used widely. The welding device of CO2 gas shielded automatic welding mainly has welding power,welding machine head,welding vehicle,operating table and so on. The function of each part is analyzed. The parameters of welding voltage,welding current,welding speed,wire feeder velocity etc. are given out. The influence of welding wire stretch,CO2 gas flow,welding wire quality on welding is analyzed. Taking welding crane beam as an example,the welding process such as before welding preparation,welding,welding beam finishing and attention item is explained.
