Abstract
Biological control efficacy of strain G7 against the seedlings damping-off incited by Rhizoctonia solani of cucumber was evaluated in pots test. The results showed that G7 could control the harm efficiently and the control efficacy were 82%~96%.G7 was identified as Bacillus subtilis by the analysis of its morphology, biochemical characteristics and 16s rRNA gene sequence. The strain has enzymatic activities of chitosanase, protease and glucanase. The hyphen growth inhibition of G7 against R.solani was also observed by means of dual-culture test.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
