Abstract
A kind of non-ionic emulsifier is formulated with epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol, and then the epoxy emulsion with high molecular weight is prepared therewith by phase reversible process. The influences of the formulation, molecular weight of raw materials, amount of emulsifier and et al to the synthesis of the emulsion are discussed. The performances of the self-made waterborne anti-corrosive coatings are tested and studied.
