Study on the Theories of Mental Health Education in the University

Abstract

With the flourishing of mental health education in Chinese universities,much theoretical research needs to be done in the following aspects:(1) The basic status of the mental health education in the university;(2) The objectives,functions,principles and models of mental health education;(3)The basic structure of college students' mental quality;And (4)the basic approaches and strategies of mental health education in the university.A profound study of these theoretical issues is not only the project of the mental health education theory and practice,but also the requirement of quality education and cultivation of creative talents in the universities.
