Abstract
Based on analysis of the current situation of college students′ physical exercise and the constraints in college,states that affecting factors contain physical facilities,physical education and physical environment.And appeals that should think highly of physical education,scientifically improve the construction of physical facilities, reform teaching and test mechanism,further conduct students′ need-based teaching.Establish linkage mechanism inside and outside school,as well as promote campus atmosphere of sports culture.
