Abstract
By making use of Ansys and VB.net,the control of Ansys through VB.net program in preprocessing and post processing was realized.The Ansys can be operated in a friendly human-machine interface.On the base of it,the simulation system of series solenoid valve in 3D temperature field was developed.The user can change every parameter such as electrical,mechanical and so on to calculate the AC/DC solenoid valve in different types,sizes,materials and so on.The results calculated by the system were verified through the experimental testing.It lays the foundation for optimization and improving the performance of solenoid valve.
