Abstract
Gelatin and gum arabic as wall material,we explore the technology of complex coacervation to make the Vitex oil micro capsules,researches the impact on the yield of microcapsules preparation process evaluation of different factors.Through the orthogonal experimental method to get the best preparation conditions of the process with the final optimum conditions: pH 4.0,temperature 50 ℃,speed 100r min.Under these conditions,a smooth surface and uniform size of the single-core microcapsules can be formed.
