Abstract
Rice cultivar P88S/1128 was used as material to study effect of two cover modes, film mulching and rice straw mulching,on photosynthate accumulation of aerobic rice with bare cultivation as control. The results showed that cover mode had significant effect on dry matter accumulation.Dry matter accumulation under cover cultivation was significantly higher than that of control. They were 136.31 g/hill and 123.69 g/hill in film mulching and straw mulching treatments, respectively. And dry matter in panicle was increased by 26.46% and 14.49% than control respectively.Meanwhile, chlorophyll content in leaf was effectively improved and yield was significantly improved by cover.
