Abstract

Effective evaluation of PACS products and it’s vender is one of the key decision-making for hospitals in PACS construction.This paper studied the significance,indicators,working flow and methods for PACS evaluation.In PACS construction practice in our hospital,we applied our study results and project management technique,and reached the defined target.Through these,we propose our new understanding of Full PACS and it’s significance in scientific deciscion-making and cooperation mechanism in PACS construction.
