Barries and Countermeasure in Hebei's Small Town Development

Obvious achievements have been made in the development of small towns of Heibei Province,while there are still many problems existing,e.g. the industry features are not distinctive;the third industry is not well developed;the scale of the small towns is in general too small;the construction fund is far from being enough;the quality of planning and management is relatively low.In order to promote the development of small towns of Heibei Province,measures should be taken to speed up the urbanization process,to promote small towns to going up in their grades,to educate talents to improve the working ability of laborers in small towns.
