Abstract
[Objective] To explore the curative effect of acupuncture and massage on treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.[Methods] One hundred patients with cervical syndrome(CS) was selected and treated by acupuncture and massage.The main-acupoint of acupuncture was Jiaji point(3~7),Fengchi and Houxi and the massage method was soothing tendon of neck and nape and Duantixuanban(hold-carrying) method.[Results] Seventy-seven patients were of healed well(77%),twenty improved(20%),three were invalid(3%).The total effective rate was 97%.[Conclusion] The acupuncture and massage has a certain curative effect on treating cervical syndrome.
