Abstract

For the rural collective construction land,the low land-use efficiency,the scattered layout of rural villages,common illegal land use,lagging behind of infrastructure and public facilities construction and unstandardized circulation,all these problems require optimized design of the rural collective construction land to create intensive,efficient management mechanism and sustainable use of rural collective construction land.
