Abstract

Virtual private network (VPN) is an important technique to transfer private information under open network,and IPSec(IP security) is the efficient measure realizing VPN.This paper introduces the concept of VPN technique and its critical technique,then describes IPSec protocol architecture, working mode and related protocol in detail,and finally discusses implementation of VPN based on IPSec in detail and analyzes its working theory.
