Abstract
Based on the SEM analysis of different particle size of coal powder,the influencing factors such as ultrasonic intensity,ultrasonic dispersion time,types of dispersant and concentration which affected the results of coal powder particle size were researched.The optimal experimental conditions were discussed as well,the conclusions were as follows:the optimal stirring dispersion duration was 2min~4min and the optimal ultrasonic intensity was 1 200 Hz,meanwhile,the concentration of 3%~5%of Tween-80 dispersant performed relatively well,and the suitable temperature range was 15℃~35℃.
