Criminal Law Protection and Criminal Law Interpretation

Abstract
Criminal law should present the nature of law as equity and good. Criminal law protection means to supply resistance to offense for the social numbers;criminal law interpretation,which reflects the criminal law protection strongly as one of the legal interpretations,means to explain criminal law code by the legal organs,to connect criminal legislation with criminal judiciary. Criminal law interpretation that lacks criminal law protection is legal but unreasonable. The aim that we think about criminal law interpretation deeply through criminal law protection is to establish the system of criminal law interpretation.
