Abstract
A design platform used for parametric modeling and assembly of five degrees polishing robot is introduced based on SolidWorks.Feature-based and parametric solid modeling design tools of SolidWorks software is used to complete three-dimensional parts model of the five degrees of freedom robot grinding;Powerful assembly capabilities of SolidWorks is used to complete all five degrees of polishing robotic sub-assembly and overall assembly,and the key components for interference checking.SolidWorks drawing module is used to generate 2D drawings.
