Research on System Reform of Chongqing Construction Industries

With the Chongqing 314 overall plan,establishment of experimental zone of urban and rural comprehensive reform and construction of Two Rivers District,the economy of Chongqing as well as the construction industry has been developing rapidly;the process of urbanization continues to accelerate.However,the construction industry of Chongqing still faces several challenges.So the systems of the construction companies should be ameliorated.Based on the SWOT analysis,this paper aims to argue how to improve the present systems of the construction companies in Chongqing,especially the state-owned construction company and the collective construction company,in order to promote further development of the construction industry in Chongqing.
