Abstract
On use conditions of hydraulic support connector was analysed,and theoretical calculation of its strength was made.Simplified the boundary conditions logically,using finite element analysis software ANSYS,analysis and intimidated of its strength.After optimization,stress concentration of connector improvement significantly and the strength advanced evidently,this kind of connector ensures the reliability of the connection between a hydraulic support and scraper conveyor technically.
