Abstract

Colleges and universities are the organizations of providing the products of education service ,so the quality management is the foundation of building the subjects specialities and courses as the guarantee of development to colleges and university.To establishing the system of quality management of colleges and universities ,it should introduce the Series of ISO 9000 or use it for reference in the process of the management of colleges and universities.
