On the Teacher-student Relation under the Background of Higher Education Popularization

Based on an empirical research on the status of teacher-student relationship in local colleges,it is obtained that the factors which affect the teacher-student relationship are listed as follows: the deflection in the policy guidance of schools;the career choice motive,value orientation,heavy tasks and high pressure of teachers;the weak subject awareness,the personality and the incorrect learning attitude of students.This paper finally proposes the ways of building good teacher-student relationship from the perspectives of school management,teachers'advantages developing and students cultivating mode..
