Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the psychological intervention care for patients with uremia hemodialysis,in order to provide reference of clinical care for hemodialysis patients.Methods:70patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment were randomized into 2groups.Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of nursing in the control group. The self-rating depression scale score(SAS)and self-rating anxiety scale score(SDS)and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results:After psychological intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, which were of statistical differences(P0.05).And during the psychological intervention, the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, which was of statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing intervention for patients receiving uremia hemodialysis can effectively improve the depression and anxiety, and the patients' treatment compliance.
