Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of TongXinLuo Capsule Combined with Electroacupuncture for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective:To observe clincal effects of TongXinLuo capsule combined with electroacupuncture in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods:102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) which received conventional treatment and control group(52 cases) which received TongXin-Luo capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.Control group oral TongXin Luo capsule combined with electroacupunc-ture,2 courses continuously.Neurological score and clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared before and after treat-ment.Results:The total effective rate was 92% in treatment group and 71% in control group;the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:TongXinLuo capsule combined with acupuncture is safe and effective treatment for acute cerebral infarction.
