Abstract
the student injuries accident is a common problem which puzzles the school work,and influences the teaching order.The student injuries accident should be prevented and correctly handled and determined from legal angle.The legal liability should be clear to all quarters after the injury accident,and harm should be dealt with properly so as to maintain school,teachers and students′ legitimate rights and interests.
