Abstract
Since there was few great writer who was good at composing Fu [a kind of descriptive article between verse and prose which came into vogue in the early Han Dynasty] in later Han Dynasty, no study in depth on this topic can be found. In this article the writer would like to describe the characteristics of Fu Circles in the later Han Dynasty in three areas:the subject diversion,transition in literature development and Taoist influence on Fu. The letters achievements made by some typical representative Fu writer in the later Han Dynasty has also been analyzed in the hope of outlining the contours of the Fu Circles at that time and in turn finding out its position in the history of literature.
