Abstract

Based on the literature research,this paper introduces the cause,history,framework and content of Busi- ness-IT Strategic Alignment Maturity Model proposed by Jerry Luftman.It concludes that Strategic Alignment is co- adaptive and co-evolutionary,based on relationship and process.The model is an approach and tool for organizations to assess and achieve their alignment maturity.
