The Structure System of Vocational Education in Australia and Its Reform to China

Australia's vocational education has a long history,which has established the modern and perfect system of vocational education based on the technical and further education.Nowadays in China,we make great efforts to develop vocational education,and push reforms to the management system and students' training pattern.Therefore,it is necessary to learn Australia's successful experience on the vocational education's structure and system:vocational education needs precise orientation and innovative management system;we should link up vocational education and higher education in a proper way;build up a high level of the teachers' group;and insist on the whole-life education system,implement flexible vocational education.
