University Students Quality Education and Enhancement of the Quality of Teachers

Abstract
To meet the challenge of the fierce international competition to higer education in the 21st century,it is essenfial to develop the over all quality of students;while to enhance the quality of teachers is the prerequisite and assurance of successful development of quality education in universities .This paper tentatively discusses the connotation of quality education to students in universities,the requirement for the quality of teachers in quality education and ways of enhancing the quality of teachers.
