Abstract
Four sand pears, including Jinshui No.2,Cuiguan,Housui,Jinshui No.1,were used to investigate the changes of the dynamic pattern and contents of main sugar and acid. There were little glucose and sucrose in sand pears at the early development stage, whereas fructose content was relatively high.During fruit development, fructose and glucose content increased all the time, sucrose content extended largely at the ripening stage.Furthermore, different sugar contents fluctuated in Jinshui No.2 and Jinshui No.1.Apple acid was dominant in sand peras. The contents of acid increased at the early development stage and decreased at the ripening stage.
