Under the electronic commerce,development of the electronic securities is very rapid,but electronic securities trading,is still at the fumble and ceaselessly developing stage.Electronic securities trading has a serious impact on the traditional financial economic system.The study of electronic securities trading have yet to be perfected.Electronic securities trading development created some new legal and regulatory practical problems.In order to strengthen the supervision of the securities of e-commerce,we need to further perfect the legal system related to securities activities in the electronic commerce,improve e-commerce safety techndogy,build the issuance and regulation system,and regulate the legal system of securities trader's credit.
