Abstract
This paper introduced the measuring standards of informatization degree and analyzed the factors causing the failures in informatization construction of enterprises. Meanwhile, the implementation strategies are proposed for informatization innovation. Author points out that the informatization construction and innovation must base on practical status of enterprises to seek for a suitable development road.
