Operative and Non-operative for Children with Congenital Torticollis

Objective To explore which therapeutic method should be performed on children with congenital torticollis among operative and non operative trearments. Methods The effects of two therapeutic methods performed in 717 cases were sumarized. Results Selected correct indications and used different curative methods, all patients got satisfied effect. Conclusion Non operative treatment should be performed on children younger than one year old, operative treatment should be performed on children older than one year old and on those suffer from severe abnormalities.
