Study on extracting trehalose from yeast with microwave

Abstract
It was studied that the trehalose was extracted through water,ethanol,trchloroacetic acid by pre deal with microwave .The results were clarified that pre deal with microwave is better than no pre deal.From software Mathematics 2.2,the extraction result can be obtained,i.e,the microwave time is the dominant affecting factor (the optimization condititon is 2 min),the effect of extraction trehalose with trchloroacetic acid is better than ethanol and water.
